Tuesday (2/5) – Come Early! Select one of three Pre-events offered for additional cost: (1) Silent Retreat at Ruah Spirituality Center at Villa de Matel; (2) Visit to Space Center Houston (3) Welcome to the 2020s: Envisioning the Future of Faith Formation with John Roberto.

Wednesday (2/6) – The Language of Faith Formation: Bonus Workshops, First Timers’ Welcome, Opening Plenary at 2:30 PM with Lisa Kimball, Worship led by Kim Long and Hugh Donnelly; Regional Dinners; Opening Night Welcome Party/Mardi Gras Texas Party with photo booths; music by Michael Deacon and the Texas Heat; Exhibits from NASA and the Bryan Museum; and Authors’ Book Signing in the Marketplace.

Thursday (2/7) – Faith Formation through Worship: Morning Worship, Plenary with Tom Long; Lunch introducing “Tide Talks” and the installation of new APCE Leadership; morning and afternoon Workshops; Free Night to explore Galveston; Hymn Festival hosted by PAM (Presbyterian Association of Musicians) at Moody Methodist Church.

Friday (2/8) – Faith Formation through Mission: Morning Worship, Plenary with Tom Long; Hands-on Mission Project/Kids Against Hunger Meal Packing; Workshops including extended and off-site; Awards Celebration Dinner with presentation of Enrich, Sustain, Empower, and Connect Awards, and recognition of Educator Certification; evening entertainment includes the comic operetta: “The True Story of Cinderella.”

Saturday (2/9) – Faith Formation across Generations: Continental Breakfast; Intergenerational Panel Presentation with Tony McNeill, Karen DeBoer, and Tori Smit; Closing Worship with Communion and the Conference Choir.

Saturday afternoon option – Western Caribbean Cruise departs
