Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost of the APCE Virtual event?

This year’s event fee is $100.00.

What does my APCE Virtual Event registration cover?

All APCE Virtual Event registration will be done electronically at apcenet.org. By using online registration and entering your email address:

  • Receive immediate confirmation of your schedule/workshops
  • Receive updated information right up to the beginning of the Annual Event
  • Receive an evaluation to fill out online at your convenience

Your registration entitles you to two components of the APCE Virtual Event 2021: the live broadcast on February 4-6, 2021, and access to the recording of it for 90 days. Once the broadcast has been completed on February 6, been edited, and uploaded, then you will have access to the full event (including all workshops) to watch at your own pace and preference. If you log in at your own time zone and the event is already underway – join in from where we are and know you will have access to all recordings a short time after the conclusion of our event.

Those who register for the event and become APCE members will have access to the recording as long as they remain members of APCE.

What if I register online but want to pay by check?

We are glad to process your check. Please make the check payable to APCE and place the words “Annual Event” in the memo.

Check should be mailed to the following address:

Attention: APCE Annual Event
901 N Glebe Rd Suite #200
Arlington, VA 22203

How do I change a workshop?

Please send any workshop change requests to meredith@fpcknox.org

What are Thursday Round Tables (Open Space)?

You will be able to select any round table you choose the day they happen.

Topics may include:
The Diversity Task Force Update
Special Committee to Study the Reformed Perspective of CE in the 21st century
“What is APCE?” First-Timers Welcome

Curricula every church should know about
And more….

What is the cancelation policy for 2021?

Since this year’s Annual Event is virtual, giving participants the option to “live stream” and have access to all event recordings, there will be a “no refund policy” for this year only.
