The Transitional Director of Faith Formation is a full-time, exempt, staff position responsible for providing vision, leadership and coordination of ministry that nurtures a lifelong faith and deepens discipleship. The Director will have primary responsibility for educational programs for children, youth and adults, working with the Pastor/Head of Staff, the Christian Education Children & Youth Committee, and the Adult Education Committee. The position will include worship leadership and pastoral care responsibilities.
