Our morning yoga flow will be a gentle, beginner-friendly opportunity to open and stretch the shoulders, chest, hips, and hamstrings so you can begin your day feeling warm and refreshed! This class is appropriate for all levels, including those who would like to use a chair for extra support. Props such as a mat, yoga block, and a towel are encouraged but by no means required. Instructor will provide a few mats and blocks.
You are encouraged to reserve your space in the desired sessions when you register for the Annual Event. There will be limited space for walk-ins; walk-ins can pay at the door via cash or credit card.
