That’s right: 1,018 people attended the APCE annual event via Zoom last week! And And about thirty percent were ‘first-timers’!
While we weren’t able to gather in person, we were able to connect with educators, pastors, and church leaders from across the wider church. We attended workshops, worshiped together, heard challenging plenary messages, and connected with friends old and new. We look forward to sharing some of the rich resources from that event, and from our members. APCE matters because growing in faith matters. We are glad to partner with you as we engage in faith formation across all our partner denominations.

Church Partnerships with Public Schools i.e. Reading Partners and FPC Dallas. Eunice Fernandez, elder at FPC could write an excellent article about the history of this partnership and the benefits many at risk students are gaining in their reading skill sets. Perhaps this could be a series that highlights other partnerships between PCUSA churches and public schools.
Thank you Julia! Great idea!
APCE was phenomenal. Joined to celebrate Je Lee, but stayed for Dr. Warren Chalkien’s presentation. Relevant content and wonderfully engaging. It was phenomenal. Thank you.
