The APCE Annual Event is the conference to attend if you serve in educational ministry in any capacity.

There are two ways to experience APCE’s 2023 Annual Event…

  • In person in Birmingham, Alabama January 25 – 28, 2023 with over 70+ workshops and a variety of Pre-Event and Post-Event opportunities and time to renew connections with long-time colleagues and connect with new.
  • AE Online which includes all the worship and plenary sessions and your choice of four (of 14) hybrid and Zoom workshops. Select components of AE Online will be interpreted in Spanish.

When does registration for the 2023 Annual Event open?

Registration for the Annual Event will open early September.

Will the recordings of the plenary sessions and workshops be available online after the Annual Event?

Recordings of all plenary sessions and the fourteen workshops that are part of AE Online will be posted on the APCE website as soon as possible following the conclusion of the Annual Event.
o Members who register and pay for the Annual Event (whether in-person or AE Online) will have access to the recordings when posted for as long as membership is maintained.
o Non-Members who regsiter and pay for the Annual Event (whether in-person or AE Online) will have access to the recordings when posted for 90 days.
o After one year, all virtual content will be open to anyone, regardless of membership status.

How can I submit a workshop proposal for AE 2024?

Proposals for workshops for AE 2024 will be accepted, December 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. The submision form will be available on the website.
