Prior to registering, you will want to carefully review all the information regarding the Annual Event provided on this website.
Whether you are registering for the in-person conference in Pittsburgh or AE Online, please pay particular attention to the details of the multiple Pre- and Post- Events and multiple workshops which are offered. During Registration, you will need to select your workshops, pre-/post-events, and other special add-ons.

Who can register at the APCE Member Rate?

What methods of payment are accepted?
Both credit card and check payments will be accepted until December 31, 2025.
Although credit card payment at the time of registration is preferred, if registering before January 1, you have the option on registration to indicate that you are paying by check. Beginning January 1, payment must be made with a credit card at the time of registration.
Please make the check payable to APCE and place the words “Annual Event Registration – your name” in the Memo. Failure to indicate on the check the name of the person registered may result in your registration being cancelled.

APCE and its partners offer a number of scholarships. Check out the available scholarships with their criteria and deadlines for applications.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
There are no refunds on donations, pre- or post-events, or workshop fees. There are no refunds for AE Online registration fees as registrants will have access to all video-recordings of the plenaries, worship services, and 20 workshops following the conference.
Through November 30, 2025, registrants for the in-person conference may cancel and receive a refund of all but $100 of their conference registration fee.
Beginning December 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued for the in-person conference except for a death in the registrant’s immediate family (spouse, child, parents, sibling), a sudden hospitalization of the registrant or an immediate family member, or a severe illness requiring immediate attention. Proof of these situations (obituary, doctor’s notice, etc.), will need to be sent to the treasurers (at Treasurer@apcenet.org) who will process a refund (minus a $100 processing fee).
If a registrant wants to make a change from the in-person conference to the AE Online conference prior to November 30, or for one of the reasons noted above, the difference between the in-person fee and the AE Online conference fee will be refunded.
In the case of a registrant no longer employed by the entity that paid for the registration, the entity will have the opportunity to designate another person to attend and transfer the registration to that person.
In the case of a registrant no longer being employed, but who used contract or call money from the employing entity while still employed, the registrant retains the rights to the registration.
In the case of the death of a registrant, all but $100 will be returned to the employing organization or estate, depending on how the registration was paid for.
