Educators are always on the hunt for new resources. The work of curating and creating is never done, and the next liturgical calendar day or special worship or event is always around the corner. So often it feels overwhelming to even begin to research reformed, INFORMED resources for the church year!

In order to not reinvent the wheel each and every time we plan a new liturgical season’s events, it always helps to have a place to find vetted resources that can be used, adapted and meaningfully introduced to our worshiping communities. Below are a list of Lenten resources to begin your planning journey through the wilderness season… without feeling left in the wilderness of a google search!

Lenten Resources — Illustrated Ministry– While so much of the resource bank at Illustrated Ministry directly relates to children, this resource now has liturgy, devotion booklets, and other tools for families and churches to move through the season together.

Creative Resources for Lent, Holy Week, & Easter — A Sanctified Art– A Sanctified Art creates new resources each year, often offering options that are both theme based and lectionary based. Creative worship liturgy, art, devotions and videos are included in each Lenten bundle.

Search Results for “lent” – Dandelion Marketplace (dandelion-marketplace.com)– Dandelion Marketplace is a newer site, where educators create and sell their own creative resources in a large variety of formats, styles, and educational types! There is a wide scope
