APCE COVENANT MEMBER DENOMINATIONS

APCE Covenant Member Denominations

APCE is an association made up of those who are serving or have served in educational ministries, as ministers, professional or volunteer educators, or students, in the following five denominations.  The covenant relationship with each denomination is through its designated denominational entity:

Congregation and Community Ministries of The Presbyterian Church in Canada

Congregation and Community Ministries works with congregations and presbyteries to support and equip congregations for faithful and vibrant ministry in the world to which Christ came for which he died.

Christian Educators, Reformed Church in America

The Reformed Church in America is a fellowship of congregations called by God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to be the very presence of Jesus Christ in the world.  Our shared task is to equip congregations for ministry—a thousand churches in a million ways doing one thing—following Christ in mission, in a lost and broken world so loved by God.

The Moravian Association of Christian Educators

Education has always played a vital part in Moravian church life. Moravian schools and some colleges are found in Germany, England and America as well as in mission fields. Strong Christian educational programs are an integral part of each congregation’s life. Camps, conferences and retreats are held in each area of the church for children, youth and adults.
