Associate Director for Education and Formation

We are looking for an Associate Director for Education and Formation. We are open to lay and ordained candidates. This position will have a focus on Youth and Young Adult Ministry, and work as part of an intergenerational Education and Formation department.
We are a diverse and creative place to work, nestled in New York City where Harlem and the Columbia University campus meet. We are eager to find candidates who have experience in programming, a progressive Christian grounding, and who know how to engage creative pedagogy for spiritual aims. Riverside is committed to working for social justice, but also wants to nurture spiritual foundations that sustain this important work for these times.
