DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN”S MINISTRIES (PART-TIME)
Hodges Boulevard Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time Director of Children’s Ministry (approximately 20 hours per week). This position plays a vital role in nurturing the spiritual growth of our children and includes responsibility for:
Leading Children’s Worship and the Children’s Moment during Sunday morning services
Overseeing and leading the Children’s Formation Hour on Sunday mornings
Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers for all children’s ministry programs
Assisting with Vacation Bible School (VBS), FLAME, Preschool Chapel, and other Faith Formation events
The Director is expected to work on Sundays and additional times as needed. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Youth and Faith Formation to ensure children’s ministry programming aligns with the broader mission and calendar of the church.
