Director of Faith Formation

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Faith Formation Director to lead the spiritual growth of children, youth, adults, and families within our church community. This part-time, salaried position (30 hours per week) offers the opportunity to shape intergenerational ministries that nurture faith, foster connection, and support lifelong learning. Working in collaboration with church staff, volunteers, and ministry teams, the Faith Formation Director will oversee Sunday programming, seasonal events, and special activities that engage people of all ages.
