First Presbyterian Church – Raleigh, NC is a vibrant congregation in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. FPC is looking for a Director of Youth Ministries to join our staff. This is a full-time position.
The Director of Youth Ministries (DYM) is a non-ordained member of the First Presbyterian Church (FPC) program staff who is under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor/Head of Staff and is ultimately accountable to the Session. The DYM provides direction and leadership for FPC’s youth ministries which include individuals from 6th through 12th grades. The DYM works closely with the Director of Family Ministries and Christian Education (DFMCE) for coordination with respect to overlapping responsibilities and programs as well as the Christian Education Committee (CE) with respect to youth ministries and the overall Christian Education ministry of FPC.
