Billie Sutter, APCE’s Certification Course Coordinator, is a retired Certified ACE who is enthusiastic about mission with the Middle East. When not volunteering with Cherokee Presbytery, APCE, or SLPN, she enjoys watching her athletically gifted granddaughter play high school lacrosse.
