Rev. Neema serves as the Project Coordinator for the Lilly Endowment Grant program called the Around the Table Initiative. She resources and supports trained coaches and cohort participants within the initiative, to engage faith communities and caregivers in innovative practices of sharing stories that grow intergenerational communities to support household faith formation. Cyrus-franklin is an ordained Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and has over 25 years of experience in Christian formation, camp ministry, and mission, having served at various levels within the church and authored educational publications. Additionally, she is an RYT-200 trauma-informed yoga practitioner, integrating embodied and spiritual formation practices into an intergenerational Soul Care Sunday worship service that blends contemplation, meditation, and movement.
