Director of Youth Ministry

The Director of Youth Ministry will oversee and grow the middle school and high school ministries at Grove Presbyterian Church, fostering spiritual growth, biblical knowledge, service, and fellowship among youth. This role includes planning, organizing, and facilitating programs, building relationships with youth and their families, and integrating youth into the broader life of the church.
The position may be structured as part-time or full-time based on the candidate’s qualifications and the church’s needs, with responsibilities scaled accordingly.
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (hours between 20 and 40 per week)
Salary Range: $15,000 – $50,000 annually (commensurate with hours, experience, and qualifications)
