The Family and Children’s Ministry Coordinator (FFFC) plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and implementing programs that nurture the spiritual growth and community engagement of children and families within the church. This is a part-time position that will collaborate with clergy, staff and volunteers to ensure effective ministry execution and support. Some of the responsibilities are planning and implementing family ministry events and activities, recruiting and develop volunteers, coordinate the children’s moment during worship services, and work and partner with the Presbyterian School Alumni Group.
We are looking for someone with a sense of calling and passion for the spiritual growth of children and adults in the Christian faith. Someone with strong interpersonal skills, a background in education, biblical studies, education theory or theology or equivalent experience required. Being proficient in digital medica platforms, highly organized and the ability to attend occasional evening and weekend responsibilities to support Family Ministries is needed.
