The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride is the selection for March. The novel is a poignant look at relationships, redemption, racism and the American dream. This book is the winner of the National Book Award in 2023 and has 4 stars+ ratings on Amazon & Goodreads. Join fellow APCE members and friends for discussion and opinions on this tale of American life in small town Pennsylvania in the first half of the 20th century.
