*Cohort dates: Each Cohort will meet for 6 weeks beginning the week of April 16th. This means cohorts end just in time for Memorial Day week!

Transitions to Retirement

Are you approaching retirement or newly retired from the field of Christian education and faith formation ministries? Maybe you have been retired a few years but feel as though you are still transitioning and need to work on some personal goals. This cohort is for you! It will be led by a trained coach who will guide the group in conversation and goal setting around the issues of retirement.

Small Church Faith Formation Leaders Are you serving in small church ministry? Do you feel like you are inventing the wheel each time you sit down to plan an activity? Do you question whether or not activities will succeed or fall flat based on size of groups? Gather with others that are serving in small church faith formation to share ideas, resources, tips and tricks that make ministry less daunting and more meaningful!

New to Faith Formation Are you in your first years of ministry? Do you feel like you are inventing the wheel each time you sit down to plan an activity? Gather with others that are new to ministry and faith formation to share ideas, resources, tips and tricks that make ministry less daunting and more meaningful!
