2022 APCE Annual Event
begins at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, February 9 and
ends at 12:00 pm on Saturday, February 12

REGISTRATION RATES
  • Each day, one event meal is included in your registration fee, except Saturday!
  • Canadian registrants will receive a 20% discount on registration, reflecting the average difference between US and Canadian exchange rates.

APCE Member Registration Rates – APCE Annual Event 2022 Chicago
Early Bird:     On or before December 3, 2021 = $375.00
On Time:        December 4, 2021 through January 14, 2022 = $425.00
Late:                January 15, 2022 through February 9, 2022 = $475.00
 
Non-member Registration Rates – APCE Annual Event 2022 Chicago
Early Bird:     On or before December 3, 2021 = $550.00
On Time:        December 4, 2021 through January 14, 2022 = $600.00
Late:                January 15, 2022 through February 9, 2022 = $650.00
Single Day Rates (choose all that apply)
  • Wednesday = $150.00
  • Thursday = $150.00
  • Friday = $150.00
  • Saturday = $75.00
On-line Component (Circle of Faith Sampler) = $175.00
Live stream of worship, plenaries, awards, 50+1 celebration, corporation meeting, plus your choice of eight predetermined workshops.
Buy one, Give one – purchase an early deadline Member Rate ($375.00) and donate an On-line Component ($175.00) = $550

 

 
PC(USA) Organizations who share an Agreement for 2022 with APCE

If you are a member of one of the following organizations, you can register for the Annual Event at APCE Member Rates noted above. Please email your membership coordinator to receive a discount code for registration. These organizations are:

Friends who share a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with APCE

If you are a member of one of the following organizations, you can register for the Annual Event at APCE Member Rates noted above. Please email your membership coordinator to receive a discount code for registration. These organizations are:

  • AUCE – Association of United Church Educators of the United Church of Christ
  • CEF – Christians Engaged in Faith Formation of United Methodist Church
  • CEN – Christian Education Network of Evangelical Lutheran Church in America

2022 APCE Annual Event Refund Policy
Those who registered for the full event will receive a $200.00 refund plus access to the online component. Those who registered for a one- or two-day pass will receive in exchange access to the online component. There are no refunds on membership fees, merchandise, donations, pre- or post-events, or workshop fees. Requests for refund must be received no later than two weeks prior to the in-person 2022 Annual Event. Any exceptions to this policy must be in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
