Membership Ministry Team

The purpose of the Membership Ministry Team is to provide oversight for APCE membership data, invite new and retain current ministry team members, and promote the goal of diversity within APCE. 

The Key Responsibilities of the Membership Ministry Team are:  

  • To develop just and equitable membership philosophy. 
  • Assist with maintenance of an accurate, usable, and sharable database for APCE Ministry Teams. 
  • Develop strategies to invite new members and retain current members. 
  • Develop and oversee policy to share APCE membership database that protects privacy of members. 
  • Work with the Treasurer to assess and, if needed, adjust membership fees. 
  • Report annually to the Coordinating Council at its fall meeting regarding the status of APCE membership. 

The Membership Ministry Team should have six members. This should include three members selected by the Governance Ministry Team, one member from each of the following: Connecting, Advocacy, Governance Ministry Teams. The team meets in person at the Annual Event and virtually as needed.
